I agree with you that if remuneration isn't aligned (e.g.: Growing EBITDA), management can dilute shareholders for acquisitions and grow EBITDA while EBITDA/share goes down.
With that said, Doug, Hamish, and Graham seem to have a good deal of skin in the game and own > 30% of the company.
