Simon Savage did put some more colour around the CLQ/Ionic JV in China at the AGM and to my surprise & delight (maybe I haven't been paying enough attention in class) I discovered that at least the first phase is a retail application, on premise filtration of domestic water.
Every residence generally has two filters and most people engage a contractor to swap them out monthly.
The Ionic membrane apparently creates a better mousetrap, and cheaper.
Like anything Chinese the mkt numbers are extraordinary, even modest success would create a significant revenue stream, and the product in the fine tuning stage.
A break into the mkt here would be more than interesting.
