Bevan touched on this at the AGM that SLC would look to offload non core assets. it appears this deal was already done at the time however could not disclose for obvious reasons. it would be good to know what the $ consideration for the sale was. anyway to all holders who are complaining, there is nothing you can do so I ask, is it helpful?
sometimes in life you just have to let the process take care of itself. my advice is to not check the daily movements in SP and check in 2-3 years. play the long game. it takes circa 10 years for property to double in value. there is an extremely strong chance you will make 300-600% in circa 3 years with this bad boy so be patient, sit back and enjoy the journey.
