Another thing that a lot of people are thinking they can pick the bottom, but for Superloop, because of its illiquidity, it's very hard for anyone to accumulate. I had to buy 18 parcels over the past 2 months in order to accumulate to a sizeable stake in my portfolio. Probably another 1 or 2 more parcels to go and I will have had enough. One can always choose to buy on the way down or buy on the way up. I'm the former rather than the latter.
