    With all respect to Inchiquin whose posts I appreciate, frommy position at the back of the AGM, my perspective was that no one else hadraised their hand for further questions and that the meeting had run its course,but again, just my opinion. Hopefully for 2019, the organisers recognise the validityof the complaint from the floor midway through the AGM, for a couple ofwireless microphones, so all can clearly hear questions and responses.

    My earlier post was made in response to saltyXpanda’squestion re: capital raise and reflected what I understood was said. Personally,I believe the board’s desire to increase institution ownership which wasmentioned, is a higher priority but I would be happy with a pro-rataallocation.

    My other thoughts from last Thursday include;

    When a question about the quality and certainty of thepipeline was asked (by a Graeme who Rob obviously knew, and I assumed wasNewing), Rob joked back saying “what number do you want me to put up?”. Thisseemed to tie in with the previous cup of water/Sydney Harbour analogy ie. the pipelinecould be anything (Huge) but then the serious comment came re: not wanting tooverpromise and under deliver. I noted that from his website last Thursday:  http://www.newingonstocks.com  - “I attended the AGM this morning and cameaway re-enthused. There was nothing particularly new in what was said butimportantly the guidance for FY19 was confirmed once again.”

     Re; the financials,the China payment cycle was also emphasised which I assume meant payments stretchedover time and across FYs.

    I was also impressed by the work on the Wetlands project andit was stated that once completed then a huge amount of housing was to beconstructed around the area. I wondered whether this model might be repeatedly replicatedin other locations of urban development in China.

    All of the above are just my observations and I hope don’tcause any angst or controversy for those of you that were there. Other commentsabout the AGM that have been posted here at HC all seem to me to be accurate. Ionly have 1 account and don’t post too often as I consider many others havebetter insight of key factors and I do very much appreciate the HC forum.
