I am reconciled to the fact that we will never get early details about Chinese projects. The reason being that we are a sub provider to BEWG group of companies and they source most of work from Chinese authorities. The way it works in China is that red brigade wants to get all credit for water cleaning. BEWG and other companies are lower in rank order for getting credit. There is no way PET will be allowed to announce projects or places until Red brigade had their say and that is often at end of project with flag waving and cheers.
