I believe the first gulf war was about Kuwait drilling horizontally over the Iraq border and stealing the Iraqi oil.....hence Saddam invaded and was double crossed by the Yanks.
Would love to see LKO do the same....would be a good test case....apparently that was why LKO secured the offshore Gippsland permit to get around the legislation.
How do we know that the wells that Origin drilled close to the proposed LKO well are not offshore but into the LKO permit area....it is only approx. 10km away.....answer is we don't.
