Given dispute is between Mineralogy and CITIC, nothing to do with ARH, I'm wondering if this means Mineralogy tries to kick CITIC out and let ARH to use their $10 Billion equipment to start mining straight away??? Especially CP owns 67% of ARH. I'm only guess it.
