Walkamin shut down (no-one to run the place, and no money for working captal to pay for power, gas, etc and to employ local casual operators) and no progress in getting any equipment to Egypt, and no progress in getting the new Chinese built machines anywhere near completed, and no one left (who has any experience and knows what they're doing) to actually manage these projects.
Can it get any worse ?
