    in your suggested pre-prepared response to failed machines, you forgot the bit about "taking legal action and being in dipute with the Chinese manufacturer of the machines .... blah blah blah...".
    All of which is designed to give the impression that PPY did absolutely nothing wrong and it's everyone elses fault. ... yet again.

    Anyone else see a recurring theme ????
