I recall that the the representative of the largest s/h said something to the effect that the Board will be expected to perform, or we would not be discussing the same issues in 12 months time.
The thrust of the comments was that the Board had less than 12 months to get the SP moving forward.

I agree, Alex parks was impressive.
He is looking for step changes.
PNG was either "IN" or "OUT" - either we keep Kimu and look to PNG for further expansion, or we get out completely. I think they said Kimu was on the books for $2m (although I was told years ago that it was NIL in our books). Chair or Alex said value of Kimu probably somewhere between $5m - $10m.

They seem to like NZ - say area of our permit quite prospective. have applied for offshore permit. I know our onshore permit is almost next door to one of CUE's permits - good area.

SH got stuck into directors over pay and share issue - one s/h quite objectionable at times (so directors got the message)
