Total Debt agreements by quarter:
March 2018: 3725
June 2018: 3724
September 2018: 3417
December 2018: 2926
This at a time when 90 day delinquencies are rising within the banks and the credit cycle in turning. Granted, the Dec quarter could be a seasonal low, but the September quarter usually shows a rise, not a 10% drop...
I could be wrong of course.
