yes you're right no deadline to prove a resource. I remember querying it with TL at the time saying what a dud deal it was if there was no deadline by which to prove a resource... he also told me at the time he thought it unlikely Richmond would exercise his preemptive right!
so Richmond can sit on it as long as he likes as long as he pays the fees and does the minimum required to maintain the lease. and give a big fu to simich and THX. well done THX management.
