And what have I been posting this past year or so.... that I reckoned they would sell off all assets, and what do we hear today, PP is now up for sale including the remaining Cleveland houses. This was a no brainer. NTA is 37 cents ( although with the $A drop of late) it might be a bit more now. The abrupt resignation of the past Chairman was suggesting to me that things were going to change. I reckon they will liquidate the company once all assets are sold in an orderly fashion and the funds returned to shareholders. Nice little medium term earner if buying in at todays price of 30c thereabouts
