Looking pretty good for the class action in Oakey given the news below. Of course the senate report doesn't ensure that land owners will be compensated by the government though, but I think it supports the prosecution's case in the cases currently underway and I'm, sure the judges are aware of the political forces at play. Promising for the action in Katherine as well.
