Well that's an ok timeframe I guess - hopefully it will be announced before the christmas period. Better PR that way and more people still looking at the markets before the holidays.
On a side note plenty of work in the pipeline long-term for shine; this was announced today:
Also awaiting the Home Insulation Program judgement ( trial finished earlier this year ) and the Worley Parsons shareholder action ( will enter mediation this december but may still go to trial if parties can't agree) .
These last to CA''s were acquired from ACA lawyers so I'm not sure what Shine's cut is.
Still holding - plenty of future prospects in my view.
