I'd estimate that the NPAT number will be closer to $21m than $20m based on their track record probably $20.8m.
On that the company is currently on a CY PE of 9.1 & on past dividend payouts a gross yield of 7.8%. The PEG is around 0.5 & ROE 20+%.
Strong cultural values, large % management ownership,strong support from lenders & a proven track record of over delivering.
I'm not sure what more you'd want in a company to invest in?
