Attended today's AGM...Keith John extremely passionate about culture, cautious on new technology, there's no "sub-committees" on the Board of Directors (advantage of a small board), PDP purchases have to be "unanimous", he made a point of saying something along the lines of "...it's not a Keith John board"
Agree $20.0m NPAT is likely conservative
Current SP wasn't asked about...I guess they can't comment on "market irrationality"...they'll just keep putting the runs on the board!
