They've given no year as a target for a deal. Up to 12 months to develop and test v3. No indication of what v2 might be worth as is.
No indication of ct interim results success. Full results within 12 months; as distinct from saying i.e. we expect them to be completed by Jan/June. Does anyone know how many are working on v3; v2; data mining; communicating with professionals, etc.
Monsour has other business interests and it shows. Mangelsdorf has other interests and it shows.
Daly is left to do too much and it shows.
The lack of required expertise in management and board shows. After all these years they are only now realizing they are an r&d co., without the expertise on getting a product to market.
Thinking I'll leave alt out of the bottom drawer. There is no IR, so thinking I might contact the board with questions and comments when time permits, on behalf of shareholder/hotcopper members. If I don't like their response they'll know about it.
Regarding your data room/usb stick, I had similar thoughts with the engineering dept.,and their tendency to overstate. Maybe their next product development could be an Acme MMD - mental masturbation deterrent!
