Short answer to your BI question, C10, is no.
The BI claim was for the 12 months immediately following the sea wall collapse, so that period has well and truly passed. In fact, it was during this particular period that the io price was falling dramatically, which will be a major influencing factor on the eventual size of the BI claim.
As for your other questions, i'll leave to others to have a go. In the meantime, might I suggest you review the recent Quarterly report.
