    Why would someone be selling out at these prices? Also, the escrowed shares are all taken up at IPO 20c - doubt many of it will come to market noting that they are seriously underwater. Also doubt the vendors will be selling out at these prices. Crazy is all I can say.

    I have emailed RS for his thoughts on the quality of our registry.
