At least the shareholders did vote and make a statement. I haven't had a look recently but with large management related holdings prevented from voting a small number of shares can make a major difference in such votes.
Shame more don't vote IMO as it is their company and they really have failed IMO to put products in the marketplace.
This is the last possible year for these guys to actually start a business that may return something for shareholders and such a shame it hasn't happened in the last 10 years on any scale.
