SPECIAL BUSINESS 5. Proportional Takeover Provisions To consider, and if thought fit, pass the following resolution as an ordinary resolution: ‘That, for the purposes of section 648G of the Corporations Act 2001 and pursuant to section136(2) of the Corporations Act 2001, with effect from the closure of this meeting, the Constitution of the Company be amended by inserting the proportional takeover approval provisions set out in Annexure A to the notice convening this meeting.
