The account point is true, But not withstanding that

Supply and demand economics prevail
they Want the SSUG and we (MOS) have it...

The offer is (as Gobris stated)really all about SSUG..They have in essence valued SSUG at .15c a share

They would by default get the rest of MOS
therefore they should pay a fai premium for the exploration business (Even NTA of 11.9c)

This would value MOS offer easily at 15c (SSUG) + 11.9 (NTA) = 26.9c

The math is looking better anbd better
someone phone the board :)
