But the interesting thing is that according to the AGL media release, "The underpinning rationale for this investment etc" is acquisition of the SSUGS project.
How much of the 11.3c NTA is tied up in the SSUGS project?
I would suggest not very much.
It appears to me that at .15 they would be getting all of the mos assets at an undervalued price, including SSUGS which is their target asset and must be worth paying a substantial premium to secure.
mos Board must reject this bid outright.
If AGL wants to buy the SSUGS project let them make an offer for it alone.
