My family was involved in the hotel industry for some years. Every machine in NSW
is linked to a central data base. They know every cabinet and serial number ( therefore
the manufacturer) ,the software (game) in each cabinet.
So all data, machine turnover, winnings, money in, the time machines are played etc
is known for every venue, town,council area etc. This how the govt track revenue, social
Issues, proliferation of machines in areas, licensing breaches.

The manufacturers use this data to compare machines and game stats. They use it to
promote their machines to clubs and pubs. Every venue wants the newest and most popular
games. That's what makes money. That's what sells machines. Good news for AGI.
