    i have to agree - such a shame that misalignment of interest (ie. Len selling at 2.75 while minority shareholders don't get the same offer) and disjointed management. i think this has become a classic case where bad management (misaligned interests) can screw up a perfectly good business. Not happy that ASIC is not looking after minority shareholder interests....
