Just out of interest, why didn't you guys band together to represent 5% and call an EGM with a resolution to vote of the board? We did it over at TZL. The board eventually fled and are now being brought before the supreme court on a weekly basis.

If it's not to late, I would look at this. At the very least, you will bring publicity to your plight. If the takeover is not successful, I would consider removing them. One of you must know a bigwig or two who would be happy to step into their shoes.
