re: Ann: AEL's Increased 42 cent offer fo... 10% of shares will mean that there will need to be around 17.5 million shares holding out against the takeover. ANZ Nominees and Harbour Nominees speak for around 13 million so a lot rests on their attitude. I can't see them being happy to sell for 42c when the value has been set above 60c, as a minimum.

I speak for 1 million.

Surely there are others out there that will hold out.

I'm suggesting it is not a lost cause yet.
