    re: Ann: AEL's Increased 42 cent offer fo... what a total disgrace. You just cannot justify releasing a valuation for 61c and advising everyone not to accept the offer and then several weeks later they call your bluff and you capitulate.

    Is it possible AWE already indirectly have 51%+ and have threatened directors to delist the company?
