Flight Centre have a decent website for booking like Expedia, booking.com etc....I never knew! I always thought of them as bricks and mortar, if they can address that, surely I'm not alone, then we might get some share back from the online only folk. I have never had a booking come through from their website yet! Only from the agents...as far as I can see anyway.
