They are getting boxes ticked. Assuming a small plant build Veovaca could be ready to go early 2020.
I also note that they use $240/t for their barite price assumption. That means at 40% in some of the better lengths in rupice that is adding nearly another 2.5g/t AuEq in value. Value per tonne coming out of that deposit will be crazy. If they can extend that and/or replicate it within the concessions they will have a very good operation going.
