How bout the fact that the sp has been in downtrend for two months and every announcement they make gets sold into.

This application to drill could take much longer than people realise, also the fact that they are drill ground that they prefer second doesn't help market sentiment.

Time is of the essence now, they have serious deadlines to meet and cash is burning as they have extra rigs drilling and this expensive application process to meet.
