So we now know that Sprott Inc and Ashanti Capital visited and we know that ADT needs more funds than they had forecast in their prospectus.
News of a new P.P. will come. I doubt that the deal will be in favour of the investors participating in the PP

Two year: 449,000
Drilling+Assays Two Years: 2,558,000
