@Maverick7 I am a bit late to the ADT party having only taken a position yesterday but thought I would add a few thoughts to the discussion and points you have raised. We all know that SFR hold around 7.65% of ADT .Now over the years since Degrussa was found everyone in the industry has come to observe that their MD Karl Simich has acquired a reputation as a very astute hard headed businessman. He doesn't pay overs for projects ,is frugal with his money and obviously has plenty of opportunities come across his desk and probably rejects 90% of them.It is said he doesn't suffer fools and speaks his mind without fear or favour. I would suggest that his due diligence on any project or company he gets involved with it is very thorough probably way more thoroughly than you or I or any poster on HC. The facilities and research available to him we could only dream of ....and yet he thinks ADT is worth investing a substantial amount of money in. That's an outstanding and glowing reference in my book of the merits of this company ,its ground, its management and exploration team. ......and ought to give you and all other holders,as it has for me,a strong degree of confidence in ADT's future.
