I guess ADT will be negotiating with themselves considering they own the land. If they didn't make the deadline and the government gave the lease to another mining company, then that company would need to negotiate with ADT as the land owner. Catch 22. The Exploitation deadline has already been extended by 2.5yrs out to 2020, why would you assume the government wouldn't grant another year if good progress had been made? And then we go back to ADT OWNING THE LAND and c*ck blocking any other company that comes along and nothing ever gets mined, not in anyone's interest.

All this effort searching for faults, what a waste of time!
