The company, imo, is not holding back assay results due to sensitive negotiations for expanding landholdings. Wasn't there recent discussion about the core now being sent to the lab in larger batches, if so that would explain the delay, imo.
The recent (26/07) asx query revolved entirely around the company complying with continuous disclosure.
As to continuous disclosure under the asx listing rules that is dealt with in 3.1. Exemptions to continuous disclosure are dealt with in 3.1A. The corporations act specifically deals with continuous disclosure under listing rules in s674, providing for civil/criminal sanctions for breaches.
