The wording and legalities surrounding the license are ambiguous, if you get written confirmation from the company that your version of the legalities is in fact true I'll glady amend my posts accordingly.
Irrespective of which version is true, the fact is that a tight deadline is in black and white, and either the Vevoca or Rupice will need to be exploited within 18 months or the risk of losing the project is a possibility.
