I found all of this too confusing myself and decided to sell a few weeks ago I think. Clearly exploration is underway etc but I do wonder if there is anyone in the woodwork who will make life annoying at some point who knows how to work the system. A few moving parts there, I couldn't get my head around. Might all be conservative legal advice too though. Then there's the bordering land and getting access to that.
