I spoke too soon. There is an expropriation law allowing the local canton ZDC to expropriate private land under the condition of determining the existence of public interest for such expropriation, and providing
compensation to land owners. Presumably the last sentence of the extract below must relate to the
Veovača concessions as the land under the Rupice-Juraševac-Brestić concession is owned by ADT and the state from the previous extracts that have been posted. Esh
