Once again, without having read the full legals, there aren't any other stakeholders in the actual granted concessions that I know of, ADT have reported in the prospectus to entirely own Eastern Mining doo which holds the granted concessions.
I'd like to read up on the relevant corporate, tax and royalty laws especially any laws around the repatriation of dividends. As long as profits aren't prevented from flowing out of the country and the royalties and taxes aren't to onerous then the list of (official) stakeholder is very short. Esh
