I've seen the talk of a takeover of ADT mentioned quite a few times on this forum.
IMO until there is clarity regarding the deadline to 'exploit ore' by May 2020 detailed in the prospectus, there is next to no chance of this being taken over.
Further, the fact that the project lies in a country which only a few decades ago was involved in an ethnic war, and that the language, customs, legal framework, etc. are quite different to AUS/US/Canada - these factors will definitely influence any potential suitors.
Beware some of the 'promoters' of this stock on this forum - most will not be here for the long-term imo.
