Who are they trying to impress?
Facts.
$10m in the bank.
Fully funded 2-year exploration and development budget.
So, the facts as stated could mean that they are not after money, but that still leaves the question of 'why the preso?' unanswered.
Broker promotion?
They are in fact after money, wanting to get more money in to shore up kitty? - big plans? - or for a rainy day? A VWAP is being established to meet the CR price?
