Hi PT and all,
My understanding is that ADT decided not to proceed with a Sprott led capital programme last week. As you suggest, I think management want to see some better value ascribed to ADT prior to raising, especially given their shareholdings.
I hold c.. 1% of ADT so am happy that they have delayed this raise.
