IMO the point still remains, that even allowing for the fact that nobody wants to lose control to any entity by allowing more than a blocking stake, we could easily have got 65c.
Just ask all those that are buying today at this and those that will not sell today.
The sp did not drop on the cr news.
This is a stock in demand and warrants the current price or above.
