Bare in mind the potential of the Copper Belt ,   the drivers taking it forward and the status of existing investors.......it would only be right to broaden

the exposure by listing on the LSE.   The results todate..not withstanding the  assays and drill intercepts due....are known to Sprott  prior to our

notification....and possibly the London spiv's too ?  This coming Tue [ 15 Jan ] be prepared for a major investment / aquisition of equity far in advance of normal business ,   hinted at by Rick Rule recently.......The food is almost prepared...some is on the table already...the feast is about

to begin.      But MOD investment will be via MTR.....as they hold the options surrounding Cupric Canyon...and being the investment facilitators

are more in line with Sprott expertese.      This is my interpretation and in no way is it meant as advise.       T3 of course now being a separate
