SGF is still pretty much unknown on the ASX. Yet it's trading at a discount to MMS, as a higher ROE as it doesn't fund leases off its balance sheet and derives a lower percentage of revenue from salary packaging that MMS does.
In estimating the future div I would just go off the prospectus payout forecast of 60-70%. No new info has been provided
