Yep, and since they are only tapping 150k odd each time then there is going to be loads of shares Bergen are looking to offload whilst CFU are using this facility for operating cash etc.

Bergen unless given a large carrot to hold are just going to take their 10-20% or whatever and sell. No shock, there had to be some sort of motivation for them to offer AUD9,4million to CFU.

It is not about shares on offer or SP at the moment for CFU. It's why are they flogging a dead horse? Really, the answer to that question puts most folk into one of two camps.

I am in the camp that they can see the tide starting to push them back to shore and need to tread water a bit longer. The spoils on land will mean there is time to recover. At the end of the day a business needs to make product, sell product for a profit. How many shares, their SP etc has no affect on that business operation until they need to raise cash.

Given current sales its a huge jump in sales and production (not capacity, production) to get to a volume of sales to be cash neutral. But in the grand schemes of things, and vs their compeition it is a very small market jump in % and all of a sudden their buoyancy feels like they have been pushed from fresh water down stream to some salt water. Small change but a start.

They have some strong partners who have been familar with their tech for >5 years. None have married another woman, they are all still on the market.

If a strategic partner think CFU tech is near the top of the class then they will have the cashflow to execute their sales/device/business strategy. Sux for investors but it needs to be about the business first. I guess as an investment you need to see if you can pick a time where the two needs are going to be better aligned.

Certainly at anything under 5c its hardly surprising to suggest one should use CAUTION when looking to invest in CFU.

But, watching, discussing isnt a crime and frankly given how easy it would be got Gasterra, EWE, Alliander, Eon or other to step up and take 500 units for 2015, with a view of 2000 for 2016 as they roll them out in strategic locations.... IMO you are MAD not to be watching developments on this company very carefully.

Now whether that means you donate money to the cause at 0.5-0.7c or you wait to see if indeed any of this colander holds water and they start to creep up north of 5c again....well thats up to each individual

I feel like a poet with all my anologies in this post!
