It could have been insider trading unloading shares prior to the Co ann, 98% of which will be taken for the bondholders. Otherwise who would spend $40,000 knowing they will only retain $800. If this deal goes through don't be surprised if the next major event is a takeover. I could have been better off if I had sold that million shares on Friday, rather than lose 98% of those shares should the deal go ahead. I presume that pink slip trading will continue until a decision is made next week, or is it immune from trading halts etc.?
