We have ASIC that police F*** all as part of our government regulators. Several of my investments have gone belly up when management were consistently upbeat and positive and downright untruthful about the state of the business (Photon Group, Axiom, Nexbis, HST to name a few and several others). Nexbis was an absolute classic. I have a rare and gifted talent for picking dogs and believing the tripe spouted. Not one person ever gets investigated no matter how poorly investors are treated. I won't feel guilty at all in claiming a massive tax loss for PDN.
